As a Financial Advisor, you will build trusted relationships with clients and referral partners, both inside and outside the bank. You'll play a vital role in guiding clients toward achieving their financial goals, including estate planning, investment strategies, and retirement planning. Key Responsibilities
--- Drive growth in your market by meeting revenue and profitability goals.
--- Effectively communicate the firm's value proposition and advice-based services to clients and stakeholders.
--- Develop relationships through internal bank referrals and external Centers of Influence (COIs).
--- Surround clients with expert team resources, including Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance, and Family Office professionals.
--- Conduct client meetings and annual reviews to ensure alignment with financial objectives, making recommendations to strengthen and grow relationships.
--- Stay informed on market trends and demonstrate a high level of expertise in investment offerings and solutions.
--- Engage with the local community to foster business development and expand market presence.

Qualifications
--- Experience: 4+ years in the financial services industry.
--- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
--- Licensing: Series 7 and either Series 66 or 63/65. Life & Health insurance license required.
--- Additional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) strongly encouraged.
--- Proven consultative sales skills and a demonstrated track record in business development.
--- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
