Job Description:

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Associate with a local manufacturing client. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of A/P experience preferably in a manufacturing environment and can proficiently track and prepare invoicing utilizing an electronic 3-way matching system. In this position, the selected candidate will also be conducting account analysis and will research inquiries from suppliers and other internal departments as well as assist in the preparation of 1099's at the end of the year.
