Job Description:

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a large manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Manufacturing Manager in the Nashville, TN metro area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production while ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency.Manage production schedules, rates, capacity planning, and resource allocation.Oversee materials, equipment, and labor to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safety-conscious work environment.Supervise and guide first-line supervisors; review and analyze their reports.Communicate corrective actions, resolutions, and quality results effectively.Conduct annual performance reviews and mentor team members to foster growth.Contribute to budget planning, resource allocation, and workforce forecasting.Report production, quality, or personnel issues to the Director of Operations.Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  Qualifications
  Bachelor's degree in a related field.8+ years in manufacturing management/supervision.Experience with lean production principles and metrics.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to interpret and act on reports and metrics effectively.
  What Our Client Offers:
