Art Director is primarily responsible for managing LEO's brand
standards and clients, as wellas the look and feel of presentations
and designs produced in a variety of mediums. Whileworking with
LEO's account executives and creative teams, this position gives
visual guidance tointernal/freelance designers while retaining
concepts developed by the Creative Director. Thisposition also
includes development, execution, and presentation of design
concepts that includeRFP proposals, show content, environmental
installs, and themed logo/brand guidelines.Job Responsibilities---
Advocate for fresh designs and unique solutions, pushing the team
to create pieces that arememorable and attention-getting. Should be
adept in many styles and regularly researchdesign trends.---
Ambassador for brand standards (internal and external). Ensure that
all are abiding by thedirectives set forth while enforcing rules
when necessary. Also understand when brands canbe pushed creatively
when conceptualizing new ideas.--- Aid in the design direction of
company's response to RFPs, including case studies andcapability
decks. This includes reviewing, helping assign, and managing all
external designwork.--- Work with Sales & Marketing Department to
coordinate on assets, design direction, andvisual guidance for
internal LEO-branded requests and client collateral.--- Assist in
live presentations and pitches, communicating with client in
face-to-face meetingsto gain knowledge and direction.--- Assist in
on-site art direction and guide assigned designers, freelancers,
and internalcolleagues in the execution of show elements.--- Manage
the assignments and workload timelines of self and direct report(s)
using Asana toaid in this process.--- Mentor and work with Sr. Art
Director on setting goals for internal teams' development andcareer
paths.--- Provide direction and review process for design projects
as needed, both internally and onsite--- Design a variety of
projects in multiple formats and mediums, including:
printeddecks/booklets, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, wide
screen animations, website/apps,marketing collateral, video story
boards, environmental mock-ups, specialty invites/leavebehinds,
logos and brand guidelines--- Oversee print production of LEO print
needs, including large-format banners, signage,agenda guides,
invites, and supporting event materials. This requires on-site
managementand visual direction to hired vendors that are installing
environmental print collateral.--- Collect and capture
images/photos for completed show/job/project, as well as
contributinginput on shot-lists to photographers.--- Work in tandem
with SVP of Creative and Sr. Art Director to help develop projects
visuallyand conceptually while giving input and support for final
execution.--- Ensure team members are utilizing Clockify each week
to track time spent onprojects/assignments.Qualifications:---
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or
university in a design-relatedfield or equivalent experience--- 5+
years of relevant design experience--- Impactful portfolio that
presents current work in multiple mediumsCompetencies--- Expert in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),
PowerPoint, Keynote, witha solid experience in a Macintosh
environment--- Strong organization and time management skills;
ability to multi-task, especially whiletraveling or on event
site--- Excellent communicator with ability to listen, influence,
persuade and present visual ideaswhile exercising a high degree of
tact and diplomacy with a professional yet positiveapproach---
Self-motivated team player with ability to interact collaboratively
with multiple teams--- Ability to manage projects and supervise
designers while continuing to grow their skills,confidence, and
competencies.--- Demonstrated creative thinking skills---
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%--- Thrives in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment--- Respects and maintains

Demands:Employee required to spend a portion of time in a seated
position looking at a computerscreen. Employee required to do some
standing and walking. Employee will be in a welllighted,heated
and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate
