• Perform phlebotomy on inpatients of all ages
• Maintain accurate specimen collection and documentation
• Interact professionally with patients, hospital staff, and laboratory personnel
• Participate in departmental initiatives and goals
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain knowledge of laboratory policies and procedures Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy training or work experience; certification preferred
  • Good people skills and the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of medical laboratory science and strong organizational skills
