Location: Nashville, TN
Salary/Pay Rate: $125,798 - $157,185 per year + bonus eligible up
to 15% [Relocation offered on a case-by-case basis]

Job Description:
The Director of Pharmacy Benefit Management Sourcing will be
responsible for managing all aspects of the contract for the
Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Program. This includes managing
the master services agreement with the PBM supplier partner,
negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring that all contractual
obligations are met. The Director will also be responsible for
managing the Human Resources Advisory Board, developing and growing
relationships with Board members, and managing client
information.
