• Certification Details
• BLS - Basic Life Support Certification
• Nursys - Verification for nurses
• License/Certificate Verification
• MMR - Measles, Mumps, Rubella
• Fit Test - Required annually
• Hepatitis B - Vaccination series or declination
• Influenza Vaccine - Updated every year during flu season
• Health Statement - Document of good health or physical exam
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA - Tuberculosis testing
• Varicella - Vaccine or proof of immunity
• Tdap - Valid for 10 years

  • RN Medical/Surgical position available
  • Renal Dialysis floor
  • Seeing renal medical patients (peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis) as well as general medical patients.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA.
    • Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN's and LPN/LVNs.
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
      • Unit Specific Information
      • Detailed onboarding and unit information will be provided upon contract acceptance
        • Additional Details
        • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.
        • If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine.
        • Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in certain areas.
