The PT/PRN LPN Nurse Nights position offers flexible scheduling for part-time and PRN nurses, allowing for a balanced work-life. Nurses will provide patient care, evaluate symptoms, administer medications, and perform emergency interventions at the Maury County Jail. Teamwork and adherence to state guidelines are essential components of this nursing role.

Location: - -Maury County Jail -

Open Position: PT/PRN -LPN Nurse -

Schedule: - -1 to 2 - 12hr Night Shifts a week

Duties include, but are not limited to: -


Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s) -
Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
Follow through with established treatment plans
Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
