The PT/PRN LPN Nurse at Maury County Jail provides flexible nursing care during night shifts, focusing on patient evaluation and administration of prescribed treatments. This role emphasizes teamwork and allows for the management of personal schedules through online exchanges for extra shifts. Successful candidates will work under correctional regulations and engage in critical thinking and emergency interventions as part of their duties.

Open Position: PT/PRN -LPN Nurse -

Schedule: - -1 to 2 - 12hr Night Shifts a week

Duties include, but are not limited to: -


Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s) -
Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
Follow through with established treatment plans
Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
