purpose and fulfillment. What you'll do: The Analyst, SCM
Integrations is responsible for supporting technical teams or
software vendors to design and configure software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Applies conceptual knowledge in the SCM Integrations
Module.
- Works with other team members, technical teams and software
vendors for ticket resolution.
- Support technical teams or software vendors to design and
configure software applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their
processes, objectives, and challenges.
- Execute test plans to ensure that the software applications
meet defined functional requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on application
functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement system
enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications, system
documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Maintain
up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations,
and integration points.
- Applies conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and
procedures within a job discipline.
- Experience with Oracle
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need: Education:
Bachelor's or combination of education and experience required for
the job. Experience: 3+ years of experience preferably in the areas
of computer science, information technology, soft-ware engineering,
or a related field. Experience being part of a shared service
organization Certifications: Oracle Certification (Preferred) Why
