Nicky's Coal Fired Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Nicky's Coal Fired. Our restaurant serves scratch-made Italian food in a fun and welcoming environment. Our bar program features classic and seasonal craft cocktails, craft beer, and Italian wines in a fun and energetic setting.Responsibilities:

• Pour drinks and interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
• Manage cash register and operate point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Work effectively as part of a team to provide excellent customer serviceRequirements:
  • Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred, but we will train the right person with other restaurant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
