Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for:

- Deployment and Setup:
Install, image, and configure new laptops, ensuring they meet
company standards and user requirements
- Data Migration:
Backup and transfer user data from old devices to new laptops
securely and accurately.
- User Support and Training:
- Device Recovery and Inventory Management:
Collect old laptops, ensure proper decommissioning, and adhere to
company policies for data wiping.
- Troubleshooting, Documentation, and Reporting
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum
of:
- 1+ years in large scale laptop implementation or helpdesk
experience
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft
certifications, or ITIL Foundation.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including Active
Directory and IT security protocols.
- Experience in asset management
