  Your Role:As a Relationship Specialist, you'll be the trusted guide for our clients, working closely with the team to deliver timely, professional, and compassionate service.
  • Work collaboratively to manage client files from start to finish.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
  • Communicate updates clearly and promptly to clients.
  • Manage live calls, emails, and team chats while maintaining Salesforce records.
  • Provide personalized support to ensure clients understand every step of the process.
