Job description Company Description AMi Marketing is a certified Woman Owned Business (WBENC) and an onsite digital print and mail house company located in Franklin, TN. We offer services such as Direct Mailing and Insert, Print, Graphic Design, List Acquisition, Fulfillment, Drop shipping and Large Format Printing. Our targeted campaigns with easy calls to action drive brand exposure and action for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Large Format Sales Representative at AMi Marketing. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business by selling large format printing services to clients. They will also develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential customers. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for lead generation. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts. Qualifications Sales experience in large format printing or related industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Knowledge of print production processes and materials Knowledge of graphic design and marketing concepts Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field This is a base plus commission position - Base Rate depends on experience Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Travel reimbursement Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Experience: Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $15 - $18 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
